"The staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Provided what we needed at request. We wish was that in them knowing we had a vehicle, that they were able to direct us to a nearby parking lot with affordable pricing. The signs are confusing at times. We ended up paying ¥3400 the first night for overnight parking and ¥6100 the second night in the nearby lots. Other than that, the room was clean except a little black mold near the AC unit. Deep. cleaning could be better. Happy with our 2 night stay...

"A great, affordable hotel right by Gora station - perfect location for exploring Hakone. We opted for a private room which was lovely and comfortable. The onsen facilities are only open to guests and while small are very pleasant, and the number of people is limited at any one time. Even the snacks and drinks in the minibar were very reasonably priced and locally sourced. Thoroughly recommended!"

"This was a fun place to stay. Had a good breakfast every morning and talked to other guests who were travelling from different countries. Bushi was an excellent host, very friendly and outgoing. The house was old and small but cozy and filled with all kinds of knick-knacks. It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the shopping center which had a lot of food stands.
