The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The onsens are beautiful and felt like a well deserved treat. Free sparkling wine in the evening was an added bonus (along with free ice creams!). One night was not enough, I really hope to stay again. "

The hotel has plenty of restaurants including a TGI Fridays for those wanting a burger and fries. The 7 Eleven downstairs had plenty to choose from in case you had a late run.
