"First time staying with Rakuten. The check in process was a bit weird at first but overall very easy. You check in on a tablet in the room and then you connect to an operator who finalizes your check in. You get a PIN code to enter the room was… pretty easy. The unit was spotless. Very clean. Had everything you need in the kitchen. The onsen was nice. Only thing missing was a view. "

"The location was excellent just a short walk to Moto-Hakone and nearby restaurants. The walk back uphill is definitely doable, but I’d recommend taking a taxi, especially after a long day out. The home itself is tucked away in the mountains, offering a peaceful and private setting. It was beautifully designed and comfortably accommodated our family of six. "備品や食器には問題なく不便なく暮らせた。ありがとうございます。 しかし！洗濯物を干す場所が全くなく、やむなく階段の手すりに干していたら「安全のために室内で干すか、言ってくれれば突っ張り棒を貸すことができる」とチェックアウト前日に言われた。洗濯物は固定しているし、風もないのに飛ぶわけがない。宿泊前に「干す場所や突っ張り棒はあるか？」と尋ねたのに、有るという説明はなかった。なぜチェックイン時にも、突っ張り棒があるとアナウンスしないのか！？ 2時間かけても乾かないショぼい乾燥機置くよりも、全部屋に突っ張り棒を設置するか、有料レンタル制にする方がはるかにコストカットで、有料レンタルなら会社としても儲かるのではないのか。洗濯物を干す場所が全くないのを把握していながら、環境改善する工夫を怠るなら企業としての怠慢だ。この点だけは非常に不満だった。 これほど長い連泊をする予定はもう無いが、後に続く宿泊者の利便のために、突っ張り棒の設置orレンタルのアナウンスを強く請求する。"
