"The hotel location is great the hotel is a little old but that adds to the charm, however the staff are outstanding with the breakfast team especially being cheerful smiling all morning. The breakfast was better than we expected, and we will definitely stop her again."

Cons : they do not serve food here now which was not advertised , so turned up hungry and nothing to eat was told there was a pub down the road Queens head ,which was nice food and the portions are big.
The worst sleep I have ever had the bed was so hard (even the pillows ... All of them)I am still in pain ,...
"Lodge was beautiful in a very quiet secluded wooded area. It was well equipped with everything you need. Hot tub, BBQ and seating area lovely. Very comfortable bed and kitchen had everything you need. Really great stay."
"The property was absolutely fine as a base. Easily walkable to the shops and the seafront. The parking is not great around the area. There is pay and display parking nearby but on-street parking was limited. The host replied quickly to any messages I sent and was helpful.
The only negative I have is that the resident upstairs, above the property, was quite noisy when moving around in the night time."

"Room was ok. Nice clean bathroom and shower was good.
Check in was terrible, it’s a self check in room and no codes were sent, i tried calling the host multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, no response.
I had to contact Hotels.com customer service and wait an hour to get a key-code to enter.
There was no WiFi, there were instructions on the wall but the router was not present, a neighbour had the same problem.
The TV only works on WIFI so no TV.
The location is handy being close to the train...
