"Lovely property .. great location in heart of Rye. We stayed in a cosy room .. it was fab, beautiful decor and great facilities. Great breakfast nice bar. Staff were great but in particular a great duo on reception ( didn’t get names) but a blonde lady so accommodating allowing us to leave bags before checking in, so we could explore Rye and an Australian male that impressed us in returning a missed phone call before arriving and ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Thank you both credit to the George. "

"We loved the music played throughout great ambiance, size of the rooms was fabulous and well presented. Food available was great across the day parts breakfast and evening meal was delicious.
