"Excellent hotel, very clean and polite staff. Zicatela main beach area was only about 7 min walk. They just need better tv and internet. It never worked properly. TV was to small and had no streaming. All show had snow. So you could not warch property. We had to use our phone and our own cell wifi. "

"Great little rooftop pool! Even though the hotel was full we never ran into anyone using the rooftop apart from us. Rooms simple but comfortable, aircon was amazing. 10 min walk to all restaurants and 1 min walk to the beach. Great stay! "

"El hotel necesita mucho mantenimiento en general, no hay agua caliente en las regaderas y en Diciembre q yo fui no hacia tanto calor entonces si pasabas un mal momento a la hora de bañarte. Las toallas que te dan son minis, tipo del tamaño de una toalla de mano entonces como consejo lleva tu propia toalla, no hay amenodades como shampoo,solo un jabón pequeño.
