"A round of applause for Paola, the front desk receptionist. She went completely out of her way to make our stay excellent. She was attentive and always greeted us with a smile. We will be coming back here, mostly because of her. Prices were reasonable and the room was a solid size. Water pressure was so-so, but that's most places in this part of the world. Conveniently located to Playa Santa Cruz and not far from La Crucecita."

Además, no tienen terminal para pagar en el hotel ni tampoco tienen internet para pagar con una transferencia, te obligan a pagar en efectivo. "La propiedad es hermosa, tranquila y muy segura. La atención del personal muy buena, Chelito me atendió en todo momento, el chef y la Lic. El único inconveniente que tuve fue un poco al llegar, si es tu primer visita hay k tener en cuenta k pierdes completamente la señal telefónica he internet como 30 min antes y no volverás a tenerlo hasta recibir el Wifi del hotel, así k revisar bien la forma de llegar y tal ves hacer algunas anotaciones.
