"The staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was very nice. We also appreciated the extra sheets we were given to use the sleep-out couch. The four stars for the facilities only relate to the somewhat worn carpet - everything else was clean and looked nice. The area around the hotel feels very safe - the four stars are given because the access from the road is a little hard to find at first (through a small complex with a restaurant and movie theater)."

"Everything was excellent. Staff was excellent. We had an issue they fixed right away. Staff super friendly. Front desk was the best. Soooo friendly and accommodating. Room clean. Extra towels. Cleaned. Breakfast Good. Only need more sugar free items. 😋 When i come back to Springfield this will be the place i will stay...."

"This is quite the hotel and conference center. Lots of big spaces and a nicely appointed gym (for a hotel) and pool. I do wish the sauna was functional. But the building was fun to see. "

"There was ice on the driveway leading up to and including the entrance area due to snow melt and refreeze. Ice melt should have been put out right away....it was finally put on maybe Sunday. "
