"We had to get to hospital by 530am. I called the front desk asking him to order a taxi for us. He told me he knew nothing about local taxis. Very poor service from what is supposed to be a decent hotel "

"New rooms, however having the individual bedroom doors automatically walk seems like it can cause a problem. The property is under heavy construction. Getting off campus requires lots of walking and is even more difficult with the construction."

Towels were rather old and rough. The sink was plugged. The restaurant is a separate business from the hotel. Breakfast was not the best. Would not reccommend."

"Enjoyed our 3 nights stay in the premium suite of Wellington Inn. The premium suite was spacious and quiet. We liked the digital entry & exit locking system of the inn & suite. Just be prepared to go a couple flight of stairs as there's no elevator. We stayed on the third floor and didn't find it a problem taking our luggage up the stairs. Left voicemails, sent emails and never heard back.
