"Very kind staff, actually small family working together to make our stay very enjoyable. No lift in this very old building. Great breakfast to have with your americano or cappuccino. Unfortunately, there is no AC here either. Overhead fan and a smaller desk fan are in the rooms."

"Nice little property. The rooms were spacious but a little hot and humid even with fans. The staff were wonderful and nice. The breakfast was yummy and filling. The walk back up from the main strip is a little rough (mostly uphill) so make sure to taxi yourself if you got bags to carry. Overall a nice experience."

"I loved every part of my stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was a few minutes away from the more touristy areas so you felt like a local. Super close to multiple breathtaking trails and overlooks. Great for seeing the lake towns and mountain views. "

"Could not have been happier with our stay. The owner Rocco and team provided excellent customer service. The rooms clean and comfortable. Variety of food at dinner was very good. Convenient location to sightseeing. It is a quaint hotel so if you want fancy go somewhere else but if you want a wonderful Italian local feel this is the best place."

"The hotel itself was great. It had a retro feel which we loved and the staff were lovely. However, it seemed we couldn’t leave and re-enter after 10pm as we didn’t get a key to the main door. It also felt quite unsafe outside as there were many men hanging around trying to talk to you as you looked for the entrance. The entrance is quite concealed, so would be useful to be given instructions on how to find it. "

"We were so pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little hotel! It was beautifully situated by Lake Como, within easy walking distance to the lake. It had a great little kitchen and was steps from a small grocery store that sold delicious food which we prepared and ate on our patio while the church bells chimed. "A simple but clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was good and plenty of it. The room was simple but clean. It is a quiet village which was fine for us but not a lot wothin walking distance if you are looking for soemthing lively.
