"The positive part of this hotel was that the staff were lovely and considerate when I checked in and out. One girl offered me a hair dryer which was kind. The problem was that the room doors are metal and other people staying there don't appear to be considerate enough to close the doors quietly so they were banging shut all night. "Nice place to stay overnight if you have something to do in Izumi. Next door is a good sushi restroom with excellent value. Close to the highway. Bathroom didn’t have good air ventilation and smelt funny from the start. Only negative thing though. Would star her again for the the price"

"The room was spacious, but going up and down from the bunk bed was inconvenient. It would be better if the big table was taken away and replaced it w/ twin beds. The big table could be dangerous as someone can get injured by the pointed edges. Also, the bathroom was rather small and its floor was noisy when you step on it."

"The place was as described. The indoor onsen was small. Didn't go for the outdoor onsen as the timing pretty early from 5.30am-8.15am and have to complete my breakfast by 8.15am. Overall the stay was comfortable."

"Awesome owner couple who are ever so helpful. Ko San gives you a ride and picks you up to onsen, dinner, ski place etc. They also give you ticket access to Onsen nearby so you dont have to pay for entry fee."
