"We found the hotel to be in a great location. It is located right next to the train, tram and buses. The hotel is two stops from the airport and one stop from Amsterdam Centraal. The employees were very helpful. The hotel is very modern, and the bed was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

I thought that I would be able to grab something at a local café, but nothing opened until around 10am. This could’ve been because of the time of year I went. "Staff was the most accommodating of any hotel we stayed in. We had to leave early to catch a bus and requested a take away breakfast. Not only did they prepare a substantial take away meal, they opened early to allow us a hot meal before we left and also gave us the breakfast which served as another meal for our journey. So friendly and accommodating. "

They offered to move us the 2nd day, but when we checked there were no family rooms available that day to switch to. Other than the internet access the hotel was nice. "

"We chose the property for the castle look. When we arrived we found a very clean and spacious room. Breakfast was fantastic and highly recommend it. It is so close to many restaurant options. Lots of places to sit and just enjoy right outside the hotel. If there is one negative, it is inability to park on site. The Parking isn’t far though and quickly forgotten once settled into your room. We stayed here by chance and scrolling but very happy we did!"
