"We were greeted by a lovely friendly man on reception and were in our room quite quickly. The room was large and airy. It was clean and comfortable. Some of the furniture was a little tired and the whole room would benefit from a refresh. It is perfectly placed for an event at Wembley. The bus goes from just across the road and Greenford station is a 15 minute walk away. We were disappointed that the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 8.30 but we ordered takeaway and ate it in the bar."

"Really comfortable room, very clean and friendly staff. Bathroom door was rotten from water damage due to shower spray and the toilet stopped flashing so our waste just had to sit in the toilet till we left"

"Very high standard of comfort and spotlessly clean. We arrived at 02:45am and left at 07:30 am . Just a few hours sleep between flights in and out of Luton. Be aware if you do this you need to phone reception to get in which we were not aware of. We just needed somewhere to avoid sitting in airport all night."
