"Budget friendly accommodation directly opposite the Abashiri train station. Plenty of dining options close by or in the hotel Monday to Friday. We had no issues with parking, there were plenty of spots available. The reception is on the first floor (use elevator to get there). Western breakfast options were limited but we managed.
