"The evening and Saturday staff were wonderful. Very pleasant, friendly and funny. When we arrived Friday morning, the young woman didn't seem happy to be working, so that is why I didn't give staff a 5, she was a bit negative and seemed to be put off by any questions we had. She also didn't ask if we needed anywhere safe to store our computers, where as the evening and Saturday staff asked us without me inquiring. "The hotel was in the perfect location, lots of restaurants and bars to choose from. This hotel was very close to the train and bus station. The breakfast provided was excellent, with lots to choose from."

"This hotel is like a Super 8 in USA. Cheap furniture etc. Receptionist was missing when we showed up. There was a machine that claimed to check people in so we started putting in our information etc and it just won’t do anything. Finally, the receptionist showed up and claimed that machine didn’t work. He checked us in. We paid almost $350 a night for the room, and felt it was too expensive for what we got."
