"We have stayed at this hotel several times and I have given 5 stars in the past. This recent stay we have noticed items which are need of repair or replacement such as the mattresses in our room. "

"Good value and convenient for a crowded Providence weekend (Brown graduation) Tip for parents-MUCH easier to access College Hill from this direction for Commencement activities. TV only offers streaming channels which is an issue if you want to watch a network."

"On the way to airport, with an overnight stay and left car for parking. Lyft driver was estimated for 9 minutes on return and it took her 30 minutes to get to the airport. That was frustrating."

"My whole family loves this hotel! It is beautiful and clean and in a perfect location. Very walkable to the harbor in Newport. The food is delicious and fresh, the bar is great, and even the mini bar in the rooms is a cut above. They have little stations on all of the floors (except the 2nd) where you can get cold water, sparkling water, ice, ice cream. Just another lovely touch at this hotel.
