"Well presented hotel with pleasant and helpful staff. My only negative was how far away from reception my room was as when I got back to room to find no milk to have a hot drink before bed and didn’t fancy the long walk back to reception"

"Staff was extremely helpful, loads of parking."

"Good breakfast, good sized room and helpful staff"

"The property was in an ideal location for the visit we had planned. The hotel is very well maintained and looks beautiful both from the inside and out. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and professional. There were a few slight issues we experienced during our visit, the room became very warm because the radiator had to be on full otherwise it would be very noisy. "Great location, however we do like a lounge and bar area to relax in after a long walk around the Spar Town. I should have read the description of the facilities, my fault."

"The room I was assigned was on the outside, where workmen were updating rooms, so parking was crowded and noisy. This entrance was also used by deliveries, some arriving before 6am. I would have preferred to be advised of this renovation prior to booking as I would have chosen another hotel. The room itself was fine, and the staff were friendly enough."

"Very happy with this hotel"

"Great value for money, clean facilities and friendly staff. Had a good nights sleep."
