"I will highly recommend La Torretta. If you want to do a day trip to Milan central, just leave your car ar the hotel, walk to the street behind the hotel, catch the bus to the station, and get the train to central stations (duomo, etc). It takes less than an hour, hassle free, parking free. Dont park your car around the stations near the hotel, I read a lot of break-ins. Just leave at the hotel and catch the bus. Spacious parking, clean rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff. Relatively new...

"The Staff were excellent, welcoming, helpful and friendly. An excellent breakfast was provided and the rooms were comfortable. The hotel is situated on a main road and crossroad, so true Italian style you have alot of beeping as entertainment. although it was quite during the night. The hotel is a short walk to the tube station. We arrived late, so unfortunately can't comment about the area. There was a couple of restuarants and a bar situated behind the hotel."

"Hotel conviniently close to train station. About 10 minute walk to lake. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms serve the purposes but not fanccy. Nice to have good AC in july heat. Decent breakfast "

"The location is perfect , city centre, close to everything lots of restaurants around ,the view is unbelievable heaven on earth . i wish i took an open balcony on 2nd or 3rd floor so you can sit down and see everything ..my room was on the 4th floor and the balcony was not open other than that everything was perfect.I am in love with lake Como ."
