The location (on industrial estate ) normal but a five minute walk to catch a train in to Madrid central ( Sol station ) a must for site seeing and food etc. Trains every 1/2 hour in both directions."

"We had a very nice stay at Hotel Regente. there was a place to pull off outside the front of the hotel to leave the car during check-in and unloading which was very helpful. The staff was kind and very patient. We could not have asked for a better location: it was right on a main shopping street, offering plenty of shopping and restaurant options, and the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop was almost directly across the street. "I am a solo female traveler. The Chic&Dot was easy, safe, and clean. The staff is incredibly friendly, speaks English, and makes everything so smooth. The location is perfect to explore Madrid. You can walk everywhere. "

"This room was in a great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was also spacious and very cute. However, my only complaint would be the minimal natural light coming from two small windows and the shower. The shower is very tiny and has the spout directly above, which makes avoiding getting your hair wet (for girls) super difficult. I actually hit my head really hard on the shower door when I dropped a soap bottle plus the water spills out causing a puddle in the room....

"The property was very nice, nrwlt decorated, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. However, i probably would not choose to stay there again because of the lack of onsite staff. The app was generally effective but if something goes wrong (like breaking your phone) then you no longer have access to any communication with the hotel. Also, there is no air conditioning and if you open the windows it is too loud to sleep."

"GREAT location for exploring Madrid! Walkable to everything, and Metro 200 steps away. Breakfast is terrific. Room is small, but has everything you need. Sort of like an American 20 foor travel trailer RV, except toilet and shower better."

"Location is great, price is affordable, rooms are very small but clean. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything in the next room and the halls. The elevators are only big enough for 3 people. Beside these minor issues, the hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful. It’s located across the street from the train station and 15 min walk to the Palace. I would definitely, stay here again next time I visit Madrid. "
