"The bathroom in our triple room was very narrow. We can smell an occasional sewer smell. The pillows are flat. Otherwise, the hotel is great. The staff are nice too. We do like the location because it was walking distance to the train station which made our trip from Venice and our trip to Rome very easy. It is also so close to the main attractions and restaurants."

"Fantastic hotel! We called last minute and secured a room via Expedia - we arrived and they upgraded us so we could have two beds (king and a twin). Our check in guy was awesome - he carried my heavy luggage up the stairs to my room. The room was clean, quiet, air worked great, wonderful & modern bathroom and shower — it was all fantastic! "Its great here, but beds are a little hard. Close to the train station. Its 10 minutes walk to where the fun is. Small, noisy streets. Romantic, classical looking rooms are just like a 1940s movie! Staff is so, so wonderful. Try La Gratella tratorria right around the corner. "
