In the morning loud recycling trucks collecting beer bottles. Friend had a room towards the back and couldn't hear anything from the busy street, so it seems it's not an issue for all rooms."

"A fine choice for a stay in Bergen. A block away fro Eyre Square, close to everything but away from the crowds and noise. The room had everything we needed. The included breakfast featured table service with a choice of hot main items. Nice restaurant and bar on site."

"Great location with easy access to walk, shop, explore and access tours to visit everything Galway has to offer. I’d recommend this location for short and long-term stays. Our friends only had difficulty sleeping, as their room was too hot and mattress too firm. There was a parking lot across the street but a bit costly at 20 Euro per day. "

"Parking was a challenge. No valet. No parking on premise. Not even a loading, unloading zone out front. The hotel is on an extremely busy street. Public parking lot was 2 blocks away, requiring us to traverse uneven terrain, busy streets with luggage. I did suggest to the hotel that they invest in Valets, negotiate a loading zone w/the city."

"The hotel staff were so friendly! We chose this hotel last minute and were very happy with the decision. It was very easy to get to and a short drive to downtown. Our room was at the end of the hall and quiet. Very nice bathroom with plenty of toiletries. "

"Had booked 3 rooms for weekend stay with family. Location is superb and in the heart of town. Check-in was straightforward and quick. Rooms are comfortable and clean, albeit possibly a little dated. Food was excellent for breakfast and dinner with a great range of choices to please everyone. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, especially when my elderly father took a bit of a fall. Would happily stay again & recommend for anybody visiting the area."
