"Unbelievable experience and stay. We stayed in Room 16 overlooking the city center. It was perfect to people watch. I had read previous reviews on the breakfast being disappointing. Nothing further from the truth. Everything is homemade and if you want eggs and bacon they cook it to order. Not to mention the view. Highly recommended staying. Only downside is the parking but not there fault."

"Front desk staff was helpful and spoke Fluent English. There is a bus stop close by, but I just walked the old stone streets. They have a nice garden overlooking the nearby hills. Breakfast was well prepared, and the staff preparing they accommodated me. "

"Hotel Villa Ambrosina is up a steep hill with Commanding views of the Tuscan countryside from the top, it was a 15 minute drive from Florence and we parked in a big car park just inside the city walls which was great. The hotel is slightly dated, reception were helpful and there is a separate restaurant on site, the road to the hotel is narrow but there is a better alternative route!"

"We were looking for a quiet place to sleep within reasonable walking distance of Siena where we could prepare our own meals for a few days in between other adventures. The apartment was perfect, the staff were helpful and we were an easy stroll to a Coop where we could get our own food. The walk to town is about 15 minutes but pleasant and easy when you use the escalator from the train station.
