"The hotel and all staff were brilliant. Very friendly, very clean and a good selection everyday at the all inclusive buffet. The only downside is that there isn’t much around the hotel for dining. The local beach is great and there are several play parks but not much choice if you want to go out for food."

The atmosphere at the hotel was fun and friendly and we felt very safe here. The hotel room was a little basic, but the facilities good and the air conditioning as powerful as it needed to be - it was very hot during our stay. "The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "

"The room was alright, but the air conditioning system is ages old and not doing what's supposed to. The bathroom is lacking any fan and the window can't be open to let all of the moisture out after a shower. As a consequence there's a lot of mildew in the bathroom, my room being at the lowest level in the hotel. For the price I paid, it was alright, but I would not return. Hotel personnel is very kind and helpful and you couldn't expect for more."

"The positives - nice area, nice staff great beach location, nice food. The chalet had very thin walls and needed modernising, we could hear peple talking, neighbours television and baby crying."
