"Everything was wonderful"

"Great value for the money"

"It was in a quiet location with clean room and a good breakfast. It only seems a bit old."

"Excellent hotel with super friendly staff, very clean and beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable."

"It is good place to stay. "

"The staff was amazing, attentive and super helpful. The room was neat and very clean. I would stay in this place again. "

"Great breakfast"

"The hotel was great - not a five star but for the price it was excelent value. The old style building and decor were lovely and it felt like an authentice Italian hotel - much better than the often 'faceless' hotel chains. Bellisimo!"

"Good accommodation for trnasit, however the breackfest booked separately was awful. I do not recommend the breakfest here."

"Great location, well maintained hotel in Prato"

"Good for one night stay"

"Air conditioning did not work at all. Hard beds with springs everywhere. Pillows paper thin and was so bad needed to look for another hotel. Pictures were misleading."

"It was the worst hotel we ever have stayed. Air conditioner did not work. The manager, a pretty rude old woman, just said: open the windows. Don't come here. Even for free."

"An interesting hotel with 70s-80s decore. A feeling of the past however with a view to the future with serious commitment to green credentials. A slow food restaurant extends the good feeling of solar power, and recycled papers in the bathrooms and dining rooms. The shower was a little small and flimsy but the water was good and hot and the heating was hydronic . Staff were excellent. Only a short walk from a beautiful town and the station. If you dont speak italian the majority of staff spoke...

"A perfect fit for our needs, easy access to autostrada, great restaurant selection, professional staff and spotless. "

"Helpful staff,calm and relaxing place,tasty coffee ."

"Beyond our expectation ; clean, comfortable, friendly front desk"

"Amazing breakfast buffet. Staff very hospitable, helpful, kind and welcoming. Facility older, but clean and well cared for. Very gracious to these pellegrini. "

"This truly feels like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place where you are genuinely made to feel that you matter, look no further. When visiting Florence, consider staying in Prato it offers a more authentic experience, the hotel is a fraction of the cost, and you have the pleasure of discovering two beautiful cities instead of just one. The warmth, hospitality, and personal attention at Giardino Hotel made my stay truly memorable. I will absolutely return."

"No ristorante, no breakfast"
