"The property is delightful, and the amenities in the adjacent hotel, pool, spa, bar and restaurant very pleasant. On the down side the bar was poorly staffed on both evenings during our stay with one staff member being expected to cope with coach parties, restaurant orders and provide table service from the bar. Thankfully she was very courteous and we were patient 👍."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."

"Beautiful area! Most conditions were good. Other than that, not good at all. No blankets, soap, paper towels, only a half roll of toilet paper for 5 adults. Heating system did not work! Very moist in cabin left all our clothes damp. We could not have windows open to dry out air due to mosquitos. Would not book here again!"

"We arrived late but the front desk left a number for us to reach them, that was nice. Parking was provided space available. Room was clean and large. Was near the top of a mountain with great views of the valley below and cool crisp tuscan mornings, nice. Cafe and restaurants nearby. Forty minutes out of Florence where we spent the day but if you have a car, i would recommend it. A good value."

"The villa is small but perfect for a couple. It was immaculately clean. There is a small spiral staircase to the bedrooms. The garden and pool are lovely. There are lots of places to sit, so you can catch sun or shade throughout the day, and the views over the Tuscan hills and down to the lights of Pistoia were magical. The pool is lovely and clean. We had a very happy stay at Villa Martinelli

"The villa is small but perfect for a couple. It was immaculately clean. There is a small spiral staircase to the bedrooms. The garden and pool are lovely. There are lots of places to sit, so you can catch sun or shade throughout the day, and the views over the Tuscan hills and down to the lights of Pistoia were magical. The pool is lovely and clean. The owners live next door and are the most fantastic hosts, bringing us olive oil, wine, fruits and vegetables from their garden. We had a lovely last evening chatting and drinking homemade limoncello with Beatrice and Stefan. Thank you both and of course Michael for helping us have a perfect holiday."
