"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place was. It was such a needed respite. The on-site restaurant was outstanding! The wine is absolutely amazing. The hospitality staff would swoop in whenever we were at breakfast and reset our room. The pool was nice and clean. The views are spectacular. The people were helpful and accommodating. "Despite the name this is not a “palazzo” experience. A minimalist hotel room with the bare minimum of toiletries and very cluttered public space. I was in room 108 and woke before 5:30 am by excess noise in building. And then there is the cost of 12 euros for breakfast when they get the pastries from next door. A convenience but not worth the cost when you too can get at significantly less next door. Pistoia has other options"
