"Such a cute little Villa just outside of Pistoia. Stayed there all week. Kitchen was great with most items supplied. Bed was extremely hard which made it difficult to sleep. Couch in living rm was very old and hard to sit on. The owners are the BEST and try to make your stay most pleasing. Nice pool and views. Very convenient to Pistoia and Florence. Would use again, but can only hope they upgrade bed and couch. Would rate as a GOOD plus."

"Wonderful countryside estate in a great location. Charming house on an olive farm. It is in a quiet, private area and is very relaxing. Beautiful views and lots of room for kids to run around and explore. The location was also excellent for day trips to Florence, Pisa, Vinci, even the coast. The property was spacious and clean. The host was always available and very responsive/helpful. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Sehr schöne ruhige Anlage mit sehr schönem Pool und super Aussicht. Die Besitzer wohnen selber auf dem Hof und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zu dritt mit unserem 17-jährigen Sohn, was wir bei der Buchung angegeben hatten. Leider gab es nur ein Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett, das für Kinder gut geeignet ist, aber leider nicht für einen 17-Jährigen. Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren."

"We found the property to be very well equipped, had everything you’d need or expect from a holiday apartment, the lounge, bedroom and bathroom were all of a good size and very comfortable, our only criticism would be the kitchen area would benefit from an additional electric socket."

"This hotel is perfectly situated next to Pistoia town, half way between Pisa and Florence and a perfect quiet calm stop between the two. Sadly the pool was not working the day we were there which was a disappointment but apart from that the service was excellent and the team were lovely and friendly."

"Amazing staff was so helpful - I wanted to go to the zoo just nearby but the road is a very heavy traffic and no footwalk so the two girls was so nice to drive me there and pick me up when I was done with the zoo ❤️❤️❤️ Regarding staying there it must be nice in the summer when the pool is open - because it is I the middle of nowhere and not a lot to do "

"We had a brilliant week in this delightful tower. Alessandro (the owner) was wonderful - charming and helpful but also discreet, coming early in the morning to clean the pool each day without disturbing his slumbering guests! When we arrived there was an issue with the wi-fi but Alessandro sorted it out and came back the next morning with a brand new router. "We enjoyed the most wonderful week in San Momme and Alessandra and Maurizio were the perfect hosts. The village is friendly and welcoming with as nice bustle to it - and great coffee and beer - but at nighttime, the whole valley is extremely quiet and tranquil.
