Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. "We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. Clean, well maintained, beautifully appointed, everything is modern and works as expected! The location is ideal to explore Pistoia. The train is a very easy 12 minute walk. There is a breakfast available for 12 euro. Well worth it! My wife is a 4 shots of espresso girl over ice. They didn’t flinch and didn’t disappoint. Can’t say enough about the staff. From Llario to Leonardo and especially Matteo they answered every question with careful thought. We felt like family was taking care of us. Before we arrived they arranged a driver for us to get to our next destination. Not easy when you are traveling in a group of 7 with too many suitcases! If you are thinking of Pistoia then look no further than Palazzo 42."
