"Like others, I had a problem with the hotel being overbooked and was left without a room during an extremely busy holiday. Given how far the town is from other cities, and the fact that we arrived in the evening, this presented a safety issue as we were not able to find another hotel and had to travel after dark to seek out other options out of town.
