"Only had room only, it was a nice room, parking is a bit hit and miss, the lifts are also a bit hit and miss. Stayed here quite a few times and would stay again and i would recommend it"

"A lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a wonderful view. Great shower, good size of room. Just TV, No netflix or other streaming service. Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see."
