Great location just behind the train and boat cruise station. Very affordable 24 hour parking across the street below the Migros shopping mall. Staff is very knowledgeable and always ready to help. "Property is under renovation which we knew about ahead of time. Dining is not within walking distance but they provided free bus service. They had a wonderful breakfast buffet and the hotel is a 5 min walk to Jungfrau train. "

"To be exact, this review should really be for the Hey Hotel as I got upgraded to a family room, which was a pleasant surprise. Long story short, I originally had a reservation at an apartment but as I misunderstood the check-in time, I had to scramble to book one night stay at The Guesthouse since we arrived late at around 11pm. The Guesthouse/Hey Hotel is probably the one of the very few that could accommodate late check-in. My family was pleasantly surprised to be informed by Arnis that we got upgraded. As it was quite late at night already and we have been on the train pretty much whole day, this was certainly a much welcomed gesture. The room was very spacious and clean"
