"The staff were fantastic. Always willing to help and always smiling. The pillows and mattresses were not fantastic, but we got use to it after a couple of days. Walking distance to Shinagawa Station and there is a 7 eleven around the corner. Great hotel for convenience."

"This property had comfortable rooms and it was conveniently located as a Tokyo base for any tourist. Roppongi area seems to have a busy night life yet the hotel has procedures to keep all guests safe. Also, the staff tries to communicate in English if they know you are struggling with Japanese language. "It was great to have a washing machine in the room. Location was fantastic. Services within the hotel were good. Although the breakfast was underwhelming. The room was too small for 2 people. There was nowhere to put 2 suitcases. We made do and as we were out all day. We also had an internal room with a view of the fire escape. Would have preferred a better view and would ask should I return."
