"Love this place. It’s faded grandeur but what a fantastic hotel, I’ve stayed loads of times. Could stay at any chain hotel but where’s the fun when you open the room door and you know what to inside? You don’t at the Adelphi, ok it get the stag/ hen party’s at weekend but the place is so big you hardly get disturbed.the Bars are good too.if I hadn’t accidentally stayed years ago I wouldn’t probably be a regular reading some of the reviews but I did and I love it "

"Great hotel, lovely breakfast. Room was a good size for me and my family. Pillows need replacing as had no body about them. Toilet door wouldn't lock properly either very strange how they have done the door but apart from that a great place to stay"

"Couldn’t have asked for more to be honest I Had a bit of trouble with parking I went to the wrong car park and totally my fault but reception quickly sorted that out with a phone call and got me to the right place otherwise it would have had to sell a kidney to get my car out when I was due to leave so a big thank you to the lady on reception "

"The room had A LOT of USB and power outlets, they already had the pull-out made for my daughter upon arrival. The staff is very friendly, breakfast was very good. It is not close to the city center, but you can walk to a bus stop or call an Uber. They have a lift available for the higher floors."

Almost everything walkable, and steps to subway."
