"My stay was a stopover on our way to Bordeaux everyone was lovely until it came to breakfast no problem with the breakfast great choice a good quality.I was a bit tired and probably not as switched on as I should be but I had decided on the cold buffet and could not see any plates that were not hot I was looking at the tops of the counters.I a asked a member of staff where I could find plates that were cold and her response was what are you talking about I do not understand what you are...

The onsite Parking is excellent, as parking in this part of Bristol is impossibly difficult. Staff were super helpful allowing me to access the car park some hours before check-in. A huge benefit.
