"Lovely hotel right in the centre of Ross with fabulous views. Room was amazing but on top floor s quite a climb, but lovely man on desk carried all our luggage up for us. Food is delicious, try the sharing tortillas on the terrace with a bottle of wine. Car parking an added bonus."

"We had a fantastic stay here to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Hotel is located really close to all Malvern facilities like the theatre, shopping, evening entertainment and access to the hills. We booked the "delixe apartment" but internally atvthe hotel this is known as the "Hideaway" It is actually a 3 bedroom apartment with beautiful period features like dormer windows bit the important elements have been lovingly refurbished recently.
