"Having booked a sea view room with balcony, we were somewhat disappointed to find that outside of our room was the kitchen extraction fan & ductwork. We therefore rejected this room but unfortunately the hotel, being fully booked for the night of the 27th May for the one night we remained insitu. Having requested to be moved the following day without fuss, we were moved to a second floor room which was perfect for the remainder of our stay. The hotel even moved our possessions themselves after we had packed them up! The breakfast is first class with a very good selection of cooked food and served with panache by ?"

"We stayed for 1 night in a Superior Room. Room was excellent and was very impressed, best room we have had so far in the Norfolk Area. We ate that night in the restaurant, not cheap on first impressions but it really was excellent. Food quality and service were top notch plus marina view! Breakfast was included in the price and it again was superb. Great coffee and excellent choice from the Menu which was in addition to the buffet offerings (pastries, breads, fruits yoghurts etc). Staff were great. We will most definitely stay again. Easy drive to the park and ride to get into the city."

"Amazing hotel, on the beach front not far from all entertainment and other holiday amusement. Hotel had polite and friendly staff, pool was clean, warm and relaxing, managed to get a car parking space as limited, room was as requested on ground floor, a bit small but had comfy bed, room cleaned daily, we didnt try food due to dietary needs, but looked amazing, all cooked fresh. "

"This was a last minute impromptu trip and I am really glad we chose this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was good and reasonably priced and the room was lovely. It's near the seaside and also historical towns so there is lots to see and do within a short drive. We will definitely be going again. "
