"Very convenient location. Decent room for city centre, and therefore expensive for the space you get. Staff very helpful. The room was very warm and I couldn't get the old-looking remote control for the aircon unit to work. A staff member did, so we were comfortable, but the staff seemed aware there was a problem with it in that room - not great at £165 for the night!"

Also a notably late afternoon attempt by housekeeping to refresh our room, whilst we were getting...
