Finally gave up and approached garage owner across the street. He said he had watched other guests suffer the same problem. He came over and tried to assist us. Finally between him and my son, the gate opened. Had it not, we would have been forced to tried to find a hotel in a strange town after dark. This totally unacceptable,...
