"Nice hotel at a fair price great breakfast pool and spa are very good but lacking maintenance in some areas not everything working as it should eg some spar pool features not working some electronic lockers not working (need battery replacement),spin costume dryer not working and has not been for my last 3 visits. Staff say replacement costume spin dryers are on order and have been for a long time with no date for replacement . Overall well worth a visit "

"Although it was a busy Bank holiday weekend, the hotel was quiet, making for a peaceful nights sleep. The view from our top floor balcony was wonderful, the room was small but clean and tidy. A great, enjoyable and memorable 2 days."

"Very pleasant hotel a suitable distance from the newer part of Hunstanton, but still easily walkable. On site food at the hotel and the Mariner next door was nice and reasonably priced. The 'Wash beach' was 100m from the hotel and easily accessible. All in all a nice peaceful place."

"My room at the Wash & Tope was perfect for me; a well-priced single room for one night. Very clean, quiet, and in a great central location. Small, as you’d expect, but it had everything I needed and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were really welcoming & friendly too. I guess my only disappointment was that there wasn’t a way to lower the lights at night: it was just a bright ceiling light over the sleeping area and the bathroom space - or nothing. There’s not room for a bedside table...
