"Front desk personnel very friendly & helpful—no matter day or night. Good breakfast each morning that was included in our fee & tea each day from 4-6 pm was a nice perk. Was able to book water taxi from Marco Polo airport to the hotel, as well as water taxi to the train station through the hotel’s concierge. Would definitely recommend the Montecarlo Hotel. Location good for shopping & restaurants. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel Messner. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We had a private bathroom in our room, but we were also on a floor with a shared bathroom in the hallway (right across from our room). This made for some noise late at night and some awkward meetings with semi-naked strangers in the hallway. All in all though, it’s a beautiful more quiet part of Venice.
