"The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The space is clean and has opulent touches. There are laundry options(I used the coin laundry) there were two convenience stores inside the hotel, which was great for late night snacks(or anytime) and beverages!! I didn’t use the spa because I was busy exploring, but I heard it was amazing and many guests were using it and it’s free as a guest!! Next time. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"I recommend this hotel to stay at if ur visiting Tokyo Disney. Very convenient straight from the subway from Tokyo their hotel shuttle picks u up from the train station or if ur coming straight from the airports the limousine bus stops right in front of the hotel and for pick up also to the airport too. Love the decor of the room small but efficient n comfortable beds as well . Well maintained facility. Staff were wonderful n always helpful n courteous. Was a great stay while visited Disney sea...

"We arrived at 09:30pm, from a flight with another flight early the next morning. The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful dealing with a tired party of four. The ideal thing for us was this hotel was one stop on the monorail from Haneda airport terminal 3, 2 mins from the monorail stop, very well signposted. My sons found a shop next to the hotel that they could pick up snacks. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others"

"We were at 12th floor, and the views from the bathtub and bedroom were awesome! The bathtub and toilet are separated, many amenities; including slippers, makeup remover, face wash, lotion, cream, brush, and etc. The room was new, clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast has a variety of foods, including anmitsu mochi with kinako powder and sweet black beans. It was excellent!"

"They have shuttle bus for Shin-urayasu station, Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea from hotel. I love their wash machine with dryer. You don't need to buy detergent, its auto washing with soap and dry. They have free drinks afternoon. The room was small if you have big luggages. "

"A truly excellent stay, and probably the best one (out of 8) yet on this Japan trip. I didn't know it before, but this hotel is smack bang outside the Sakuragichō Station. This means the hotel is right in front of you the minute you walk out, and the best part(s)? There are two Fare Adjustment Machines AND an 8am-11pm supermarket (Seijo Ishii) just right downstairs of the hotel - talk about convenience! While the supermarket items are a bit pricier than other places I've been to, their range is...

"Free breakfast was good, but sometimes it was impossible to get to the table. When you have a huge group, the line was too long."

"This property has an excellent location. Very easy to access from NRT by bus for $15 each way. Also, easy access to Disney parks and free shuttles. The rooms are small, I have been spoiled with spacious rooms in the states. Bathroom was clean (enough) but could have been cleaner. Mattress was comfortable as well."
