"We spent a happy week at the hotel as a base for a family reunion. Easily walkable into Lucca, parking easy outside and with overflow, and nice breakfast in the patio. Friendly staff with great recommendations. Only complaint is that rooms are rather basic, could use a refresh. "

"We loved Santori N15. Excellent location easily walkable with rolling cases from the station. Beautiful inside - just stunning. We had the Puccini room and very grand it was too. Caterina could not have been more helpful, sorting luggage, breakfast in our room and restaurant bookings. This is such a lovely place to stay and close to all the main attractions! Tourist information in the square near the station hires electric scooters to whizz around the city walls! Do consider staying here for...
