"The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the old walled town. Staff were great to point out best routes and make us dinner reservations. Our room was fabulous, clean , comfortable, nicely decorated and quiet at the back of the building. Free parking was a wonderful benefit. Lots of selection for breakfast and a handy bar for evening drinks."

"The staff here are fantastic. All super friendly and helpful, we had an early departure and we were given takeaway breakfast for our journey. What a lovely boutique hotel to stay in, really made our visit to Lucca great!"

Hotel San Marco

"The moment we arrived Francesco greeted us warmly. The room was clean, quiet and had a lovely terrace we could enjoy along with onsite parking. The pool while unheated was a great place to relax at. Fabio, the bartender at the bar provide us excellent service and was always working hard. He’s a great representation of what good customer service should be. The breakfast staff at the breakfast buffet also went above and beyond to make sure our coffee orders and food were just right. Thank you to all the staff for making this a great stay!"

"Elisa and her family gave us a warm welcome. We felt like home as soon as we passed the door. It’s a great location if you want to discover Tuscany. Elisa created a great guide with lot of recommendations and she also gives you great advices if you ask her. We enjoyed our stay there and we recommend it for those you want a relax and convenient time while in Tuscany . A plus, she speaks great French and English . Thanks "
