"Terrific room. they upgraded us as soon as we arrived out of the blue. Location is perfect. Parking: don't overthink it. there is one parking garage South of the city and one North. just park at the Porta de Catania parking garage and walk the six minutes to this hotel."

"Had a single room which was tiny but the best view of Isola Bella you could wish for ( and I moved to the Four Seasons for work after this stay and my room view there was not as good as this !) Recommend this hotel for location and view but be aware it’s a very old hotel sort of stuck in the 70s so be aware you get what you pay for. After the crowds go only a few restaurants close to hotel and you need to walk along road so walk whatever side of road towards traffic. Check in easy and the young lad was nice and helpful on hotel and what to do in area. I would stay again."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. This is a type of hotel that keeps your keys when you leave. Which isn't a problem for me. There's a 24hr front desk attendant. The beach view rooms are worth it. Great views."
