They were fully booked so they cannot switch rooms, so I ask for a partial discount. They said they cannot do it. Furthermore, there was no water...

"Location requires climbing steep stairs or road to go anywhere, view from many rooms obstructed by a wall of the balcony of the room to the right. Car has to be valet parked, expensive. Should advise this in website to stop people with any handicap however minimal from choosing this hotel."
