"The room was clean, the staff were extremely attentive, and the beach was perfect. A chair was available every time we went to the beach. I will come back again, and recommend this hotel to my friends. Progresso was walkable and quiet, a family, friendly beach town."

"A nice new place to stay in Telchac. Very local Mexican little town. Great clean beach nearby. The pool in this hotel was dirty with sunscreen floating Too bad because the rest of the hotel is really nice, quaint, beautiful decor and very clean . They have bkfast , basic , but no bar or other meals..staff is super nice . ."

"Mal por el establecimiento las reglas no las publican en la página y al llegar tiene un reglamento , la toma de decisión de un lugar lo hace uno respecto a las restricciones del mismo , cambio todo mi viaje debido a esto , quien piense ir debe tomar en cuenta que solo permiten estar una hora en la alberca , independientemente si hay más usuarios o no … por si van con hijos y toman la decisión del lugar por la alberca . Los vigilantes son poco flexibles."

" I stayed here for 2 nights with my husband, sister and her boyfriend. We arrived a little early. The guy who checked us in was super nice, friendly, and gave us all the info we needed. Our rooms weren't ready when we arrived, so we changed and went to the beach which was right across from the hotel. Hotel guests have access to free beach beds. They had servers on the beach to take our orders for food and drinks. The beach was beautiful. We also went to the rooftop pool during our stay which was very enjoyable. We watched a beautiful sunset from there. The location is wonderful. We walked down the beach walkway. There were many restaurants, bars, shops, and spa/ massage. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning which was good. Our room was fine. We had a king bed. It wasn't very spacious but we did not spend a lot of time in there. We had what we needed and we were comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay and I would stay here again if/ when I am back in the area. Muchas gracias!!"
