"The rooms are small. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is wonderful. They offer vallet parking for $19 a day which was great, otherwise you park on the syreet and feed the meters every 4 hours. They offered a nice continental breakfast. Close to shopping and restaurants, you wont need your car."

"Pros and Cons... We had high hopes for The Lodge. It presents itself very well online but doesn't quite live up to its advertising. One of the issues we had with the property is the lack of accurate signage. Due to flight delays, we arrived late in the evening, and it was hard to find the "lobby." It doesn't face the street and no lighted sign indicates where it is. Rather, it's at the back of the property and isn't a traditional lobby. You actually check in at the cafe/bar. Thankfully the staff...

"Nice, helpful,and welcoming staff. The Waterfall house was in an excellent location and very spacious with nice views, quiet and separate from the other cottages. Surrounded by gardens. Staff was kind to let us check-in early .The down side: The stove did not work well and the fireplace was out of service, and the kitchen was limited regarding pots and pans and other items. Bathrooms need a good spring cleaning. "

"The Highland Dell was a very well-kept and pristine property in a beautiful setting in the redwoods along the Russian River. The dining area and menu were excellent. The management and staff were all friendly and accommodating. I will recommend the Highland Dell to all my family and friends."

"This is a great glamping site. My husband and I really enjoyed our time here. We stayed in on of the tents and we had a great time riding the bikes around, sitting by the campfires, playing boardgames, going out to eat in downdown and visiting the local galleries and the nearby redwoods. The campsite is close enough to town, but far enough to offer a more serene environment. I will definitely be coming back "

"Room was fantastic; bed extremely comfortable, hot tub very relaxing. Water in the hot tub needs to be changed more frequently and the room needed a more thorough cleaning, lots of spider webs and the fan threw dust everywhere when we turned it on. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider coming back in the future. "
