"Nun ja. Als wir vor etwa 12 Jahren schon im Albergo Italia genächtigt haben waren wir begeistert. Die riesige Terrasse der King Suite (Zi 115) mit Blick über die Sassi hat uns begeistert. Man hat sich damals gut vorstellen können, dass Mel Gibson während der Dreharbeiten zur „Passion Christi“ hier gewohnt hat. Aber Matera hat sich verändert. Unzählige Privatzimmer und B&B‘s sind entstanden und man kann sich bei dieser Auswahl heute kaum noch vorstellen, dass sich jemand mehr als nur eine Nacht...

Abbiamo cenato in albergo ,che dire tutto buono ,menù completo dal primo alla frutta compreso le bevande. Abbiamo deciso di pranzare anche il giorno dopo. Un forte abbraccio al responsabile del ricevimento al sig. Giuseppe molto gentile. ( la spiaggia secondo me non si dovrebbe pagare )"
