"The staff were lovely and anttentive, the food was great and the hotel is conveniently located. Overall, a decent stay but not good enough to return. It is looking rather dated now and needs some TLC. The rooms are bland and could do with a picture or two and the spa area isn’t the best, it needs a clean if I’m honest! "

"I was a late checkin, after midnight . The Assistant Night Manager was excellent a credit to your company . The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a room service pizza which was rather large but very good . Breakfast was included and there was a good range of Buffett items which were regularly replenished by welcoming staff "

"Hotel and rooms were average, booked a double and a twin to be given 2 doubles, then I was told no way I could have a twin as they where fully booked to go I. To my room and find two singles pushed together to Form a double, the. Was to much trouble to get extra bedding to split the beds. To then be told after we had food and drinks we get a discount, but then attitude from staff moaning about having to refund. Average at best but was only one night, food was nice "

"We had a short trip phoned in advance to say we would be late, the member of staff was super friendly reassured us not to worry it was no problem and drive safely. We found the staff to be very polite, responsive, helpful and friendly. Great location adjacent to the beach. The room was well equipped, clean and well furnished meetings our needs. "This hotel was a trip highlight. Stunning building, easy parking and delicious breakfast. Huge bathroom and possibly the cleanest we have ever seen in a hotel. Fresh air, friendly staff and we would love to have stayed longer. Special hour out to the stocks in the kids playground. Love it!"

"Great staff and friendly service. Food was very good but they stop serving early (8pm on our day of arrival) so only just made it. Shower wasn't working on the first night but they got this fixed by the second night. Room quality was fine for the price. Would definitely stay again if in the area."

Totalling over £1000. Which had resulted in me having to request reimbursement from the other guests. The whole point of paying at venue was to avoid this 😟. "
