"Nice hotel. Huge room. The bathroom was bigger than the other Japan hotels we stayed at. All the staff we interacted with were fantastic. A bit of a language barrier but they tried their best to communicate. We got a really good rate for two days, included breakfast. Just so no one is caught off guard as I was, this is an adult hotel. "It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Stayed for only 1 night. It is a half way rest stop for the long journey drive back from Takayama to Narita. Nothing fancy. Simple & basic hotel with free breakfast & parking. But inconvenient as there isn't any train station nearby (at least to my knowledge) & not many choices of shops or food nearby. It is next to a busy road & within a residential area. If you have a car however, then Aeon mall & many eateries are just 10-15mins drive away."

"We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "
