He contacted me personally to resolve an issue and by doing so, provided outstanding service. He was professional, friendly and efficient! The breakfast hostess, Maria, also provided excellent service by going out of her way to prepare waffles for the children when it was not waffle day. She was friendly, kind. "On the way to airport, with an overnight stay and left car for parking. Lyft driver was estimated for 9 minutes on return and it took her 30 minutes to get to the airport. That was frustrating."

"Hotel is very close to the airport. My Room was decent, I did not realize there was major renovations going on but it did not affect me. The person who checked me in was very nice as I requested to not be near an elevator or ice machine bc of noise. It was a lot better than getting up two hours early to stay here. Only thing is there’s nothing open inside but tavolo I believe that’s the restaurant is literally 50 feet away if you’re hungry. "
