"I was super excited to stay at this property. The pluses...the Koy pond. The fish are amazing and love to eat. Also, the sounds at night from nature. Would have been nice to have a lounger in the sun room rather than just chairs. Not many other pluses. We tried to get connected to Internet. The welcome book didn't seem to match the house. The descriptions were off. There were at least 5 remotes but none of them did anything. Only one turned off and on the TV. TV was activated through Roku....

"Yes, the host made sure everything was covered. The location is exceptional. Real tropical and secluded. Nice pool. Biggest disappointment was so many things didn’t work. The house is older and I get that, but. Most of the locks didn’t work properly. And some of the windows didn’t either. The stove wouldn’t light without a match. The lanai had no lights! The grill needs replacing."
